Imperium reviews, from clients and partners on film

Published by ImperiumImperium’s own page, not an independent review site. Known business ties sit beside each person.

Imperium is an AI consultancy and software company. On film, clients describe time back, fewer hires and answers from their own data, and they say it only works if you feed it and keep the right people.

65 quotes, 9 people, 12 films. Each quote links to the second it was said.

How to read these reviews

Every quote carries a label, so you can tell what someone says happened from what they hope for. Where a speaker is talking to the interviewer, “you guys” and “you both” mean Imperium’s founders. Elsewhere “you” usually means any business owner.

Account
What the speaker says happened. Nobody has audited it.
Estimate
The speaker’s own rough number, as said on film.
Goal
What the speaker hoped to get. It had not happened when filmed.
Opinion
The speaker’s view.
Caveat
A limit, a condition or something not working yet.

Most of these films cover Imperium’s earlier work, not ARX, the current product. None independently verifies a financial figure.

Imperium chose who to film and published these itself, so this page does not represent every client and cannot show the full range of experiences. Numbers are the speakers’ own. These are individual accounts, and results vary.

29 of the 65 quotes come from Geonet and Trident Treehouse, which are connected businesses.

Questions people ask about Imperium

Is Imperium legit?

Imperium’s legal entity is Imperium Group Holdings LLC, and its website is imperiumos.ai. On this page nine people speak on film, and you can check each quote at the second it was said.

Imperium chose who to film and published this page itself, so weigh it as evidence from the company. Read the connections beside each person, then watch a film or two and judge for yourself.

What do Imperium’s clients say?

Three things come up across the films. Time back: Sean Johnson estimates that once the system is set up, “60% of the time” is back. Fewer hires: Chad Egan describes “about 10 hires” no longer needed. Faster answers: Elissa Doyle describes a campaign analysis done “in 30 minutes” and estimates it would otherwise have taken “probably two weeks”.

What do clients say the catch is?

That you have to put the work in and keep the right people. Ben Barnes says “the tools are still as only as good as the person behind the wheel”. Sean Johnson says “what you put in is what you get out”. Shanny Poijes says video editing “still needs to be done manually” and “requires someone really good at it”, and that a much bigger property business “would be different”. Isaac Hetzroni says after the session that “it’s going to be work in progress”.

Are these independent reviews?

No. Imperium made these films, chose who to include and published this page. There are no star ratings here, because we know of no independent rating to show. As of 30 October 2026 we know of no profile for this Imperium on G2, Clutch or Trustpilot.

Which Imperium is this page about?

Imperium, also written Imperium OS, the AI consultancy and software company at imperiumos.ai, which builds AI operating systems for small and mid-sized companies. It is led by Alex Kaymakanov, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, and Archie Nash, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer.

Imperium Acquisition, Imperium Epos, Imperium Media Group, Imperium Hosting, Imperium Social, Imperium PR and the survey data vendor listed on G2 as Imperium are different companies. Reviews of them are not about this one.

How were the quotes checked?

A script compared each quote, word by word, with a machine transcript of its film. A quote passes only if its words appear in the same order with nothing skipped. A cut is shown as an ellipsis. Where a speaker repeated or restarted a word, or the transcript split a word in two, that was tidied. Punctuation, capitals and currency symbols are ours, and the check ignores them.

A local speech model then read the audio of every quote a second time. Where it disagreed on a word that changes the meaning, the line was corrected from the audio, cut back or removed. Both readings are machines, so the film is the record. Times come from the transcripts, so a link can land a second or two early. Last checked 30 October 2026.

Do these results apply to ARX, Imperium’s current product?

Not automatically. Most of these films record what clients said about Imperium’s earlier operating-system work and service. The Geonet documentary names ARX in Imperium’s own narration. They do not show that those clients, or any other company, got the same outcomes with ARX.
